The research activity of the ETLab Research Group is mainly focused in the area of RF/microwave monolithic and hybrid integrated circuits, with particular emphasis on Electron Device nonlinear modeling and characterisation. Instrumentation and measurements are also topics of interest.
In 2004 the academic spin-off MEC srl was founded. |
